We verify that all subcontractors are competent, honest, and properly credentialed. We have established a “Preferred Borrower” relationship for you with Wells Fargo, or you are welcome to use the lender or financing of your choice. We provide you with complete services for the complex engineering, permit, rebate and subcontracting processes.
