Scott Rodwin, HBA, LEED AP, is the President of Skycastle Homes.  He was named  the  2006 "Young Architect of the Year"  by the American Institute of Architects for the U.S. Western Mountain Region and is one of Colorado Construction's 2009 Top 20 Professionals Under 40.  Scott is a Green Points certified architect and a graduate of the Institute of Residential Construction.  He has been a leader in the sustainable design field for nearly two decades. He is currently authoring a book on green homes for a national publisher and teaches "Green Building 101" for the City and County of Boulder, HBA and BGBG.  Scott has won a number of state and national design awards and brings that level of excellence to every project.  Scott is locally active in Sierra Club, the Boulder Green Building Guild, and Architects and Planners of Boulder. He is the founder of Blueprint Boulder, a civic forum searching for a common planning vision for Boulder. He received his architectural degree from Cornell University in 1991 and spent summers in college swinging a hammer.
